Polston Applied Technologies. USST provides waste removal from wet infrastructure (tanks
and large-diameter pipes) without the need for bypass pumping. USST has successfully brought
its disruptive technology to the wastewater collection and treatment industry. The category
of Submergent Cleaning is defined as the ability to remove sand, grit and residuals from wet
environments, primarily tanks and pipes. USST offers this technology for waste removal from
wet infrastructure. As CEO, Stutler provides day to day management responsibilities and
overseas the many facets of this company.
Mr. Stutler's career of more than 20 years includes a unique combination of both public and private service at an executive level. Mr. Stutler was the Chief Executive Officer of P3 Development Company. He also served as Secretary of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). Prior to joining FDOT, Mr. Stutler served as Chief of Staff for Governor Bush. He began working in the Bush Administration as the Chief of Staff for the Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) after serving on the gubernatorial transition team.
